Job Description The City of Naperville’s Water Utility is currently seeking a Civil/Environmental Engineer responsible for water main and sanitary sewer, engineering design, construction management, and inspection in respect to water distribution & supply, wastewater collection & pumping, and wastewater treatment improvement projects.  The Engineer conducts reviews and provides engineering assistance on private developments for water main and sanitary sewer system construction.
